PSEO Information
PSEO Program Options and General Guidelines

Students, please visit the Guidance Office to obtain a PSEO application.

You are encouraged to start the application process early and allow ample time for teachers/counselors to write letters of recommendation if required.

For the University of Minnesota, you must download the application for PSEO or call.  Please be advised that the deadlines are firm and more students are applying.

Two year public schools require their free assessment test.  Make time in your schedule to go to the college and take this free, un-timed test!

Remember: Tuition, books and equipment are free for high school PSEO students. Tools and cosmetology kits are not.  Students are required to return all textbooks and equipment to the college after the course has ended.

Make an appointment to meet with your Guidance Counselor as soon as possible.  In college, 1st semester classes usually start in AUGUST

U of M starts in early September and end in DECEMBER.   2nd semester classes usually start in JANUARY and end in MAY. Be aware!
